Youthful Offender in Oklahoma Criminal Law
When you hear the term "Youthful Offender" in Oklahoma criminal law it refers to a classification of juvenile offenders accussed of committing serious felony offenses. Being treated as a youthful offender is better than being treat as an adult, but harsher than being tried as a juvenile.
