Court Minutes in Oklahoma Criminal Law

A "court minute" is an entry in a docket sheet of a case. It is simply a notation or a memorialization of what occured in court on that case on a particular hearing. "Court minutes" are added to the docket sheet by the judge's clerk. The use of court minutes are not restricted to criminal cases they are used in all courts in evry type of case.
